Effective and efficient campaign rollout: in line with corporate design and fully automated.
In the spring of 2010, Deutsche Post DHL launched a global campaign. Within one year, more than 2000 print ads were placed, and numerous other communication measures were being implemented. All in all, adaptations for 73 countries in 36 languages had to be realized.
For doing this, we provided DHL with a system solution integrated into the corporate network of Deutsche Post DHL, which enabled the campaign rollout that was in line with corporate design and at the same time automated to very high degree. Providing this system solution took only six weeks. By continually developing the system further, DHL possesses a campaign management that assures a fully automatic process for international print media while offering comfortable options for regional adaptations.

The efficient rollout of big campaign requires a high degree of automation. The surrounding requirements were complex and demanding. DHL set the number of criteria that had to be taken into account. Among them first and foremost the great number of regions and countries as well as the service providers involved locally. Moreover, the motifs of the brand campaign were made up of several design elements whose layout differed considerably depending on format, region and technical requirements imposed by the respective media.
Our integrated system solution fulfills all the requirements and thus has a direct effect on:
